  • Discount Vouchers can be redeemed only in the Renyc Cakes & Cafe outlet at Hindmotor but not on www.renyc.in.
  • The discount voucher valid only upto 31st July, 2025.
  • Kindly handover this discount voucher before placing your order.
  • Not valid with any other schemes, promotions or offers.
  • This discount voucher is not replaceable, if lost, stolen or damaged under any circumstances whatsoever.
  • This discount voucher is non-exchangeable for cash & balance amount, if any, would not be reimbursed.
  • This discount voucher is applicable only on bakery items like celebration cakes, pastries, puffs, cookies, etc.
  • This discount voucher is not redeemable after the expiry of the validity date.
  • This discount voucher cannot be clubbed with any other coupons or vouchers. 
  • Only one discount voucher can be redeemed on each bill.
  • The above terms & condition may be  altered without prior notice.

Account Suspension or Termination

RENYC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for:

  • Violating these terms;

  • Providing inaccurate or misleading information;

  • Engaging in activities harmful to RENYC or other users.

Legal action may be taken for unauthorized use of the website, including improper linking or content framing.

Restrictions on Use

You may not replicate, alter, distribute, or commercially exploit any content or software on the website. Limited copying for personal use may be allowed with proper attribution and prior written approval.

User Indemnification

Online Ordering

By placing an order, you agree to complete the transaction. We recommend reviewing product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. Orders once placed are treated as final.

Pricing & Payments

Prices listed are in INR and subject to change. We are not liable for issues related to payment authorization, declined transactions, or payment disputes. All transactions must be in Indian Rupees. Additional ID verification may be requested for certain purchases.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon dispatch. RENYC is not liable for damage or loss post-shipment. In cases of:

  • Damaged goods;

  • Wrong item;

  • Missing deliveries;

  • Incorrect messages;

Please refuse the package and notify us immediately. Refunds will be issued upon validation.

Failed Deliveries

Only one delivery attempt will be made. Additional attempts for perishable items are at our discretion and may incur extra charges. No refunds for:

  • Incorrect address;

  • Inaccessible delivery location;

  • Invalid contact details;

  • Refusal to accept delivery;

  • Delivery to a third party (as per instructions);

  • Recipient not available.
