1. Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • All orders are non-cancellable & non-refundable once confirmed, due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products.
  • Order confirmation is dependent on the availability of the selected products, delivery location, and preferred time slot. Renyc reserves the right to accept or decline any order after evaluating these factors. In such cases, the customer will be duly informed.
  • Please note that only one delivery attempt will be made. We strongly recommend confirming the recipient’s availability at the chosen delivery time. If the recipient is unavailable, no second attempt will be made, and the order will be cancelled without any refund.

2. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of cakes and food items, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered or picked up, except in the following cases:

  • Product delivered is wrong & damaged.

To be eligible, please:

  • Notify us within 15 minutes of delivery.

  • Share clear photos of the product and the issue via WhatsApp or email.


3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom cakes or highly personalized items (with names, themes, characters, etc.) are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed, as they are created specifically for your order.


4. Third-Party Orders

If you’ve ordered Renyc products through a third-party platform (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, etc.), please follow their respective refund and return policies. Renyc will not be able to process such claims directly.
